This Refund Policy explains the terms under which JASB GROUP LLC ("JASB GROUP", "we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds for the professional services we provide. Specific refund terms for any engagement are governed by the applicable signed agreement or statement of work; this policy describes our general approach.
1. General Refund Terms
Because our services are bespoke and delivered through dedicated engineering and design effort, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and only for amounts paid for work that has not yet commenced or been delivered.
2. Service-Based Refund Conditions
Discovery and Scoping
Fees paid for completed discovery, scoping, or consulting work are non-refundable, as these deliverables have already been produced.
Fixed-Scope Engagements
Fixed-scope projects are billed against agreed milestones. Once a milestone is delivered and accepted, the fees for that milestone are non-refundable. If a project is canceled before a milestone is completed, we may refund the unearned portion of that milestone after deducting work performed to date.
Time and Materials Engagements
Hours that have already been performed and reported are non-refundable. Any unused prepaid hours may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
Maintenance and Support Plans
Recurring maintenance and support plans may be canceled with prior written notice as defined in the applicable agreement. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, but the plan will not auto-renew after cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (hosting, software licenses, app store fees) paid on your behalf.
- Work that has been delivered, accepted, or used by your team.
- Setup, onboarding, or discovery fees once those activities have been performed.
4. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests should be sent in writing to support@jasbgroup.com and include the engagement reference, the amount requested, and the reason for the request. We will review the request and respond within ten (10) business days.
5. Disputes
If you disagree with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and venue described in our Terms & Conditions.
